Two-factor enforcement

Require two-factor authentication for all members

New members must set up 2FA before they can post. Existing members are prompted at their next sign-in.

Danger zone

Export all organization data

Download a full archive of posts, assets, and audit logs. A signed link is emailed to owners and expires after 7 days.

Transfer ownership

Hand the owner role to another admin. You lose owner-only controls immediately; the change is written to the audit log and kept indefinitely.

Delete organization

Permanently remove Aurora Coffee Co., all accounts, and scheduled posts. Data is purged after a 30-day grace period and cannot be recovered.
